This year, on the occasion of the Carnival, we have chosen to try the recipe of the food blogger Azzurra Fracassi in combination with the “Da dolce” Ciù Ciù wine. The fresh and balanced Malvasia sweet wine was paired with a typical sweet from central Italy, especially from the Le Marche: the “sweet peaches”, in a completely personalized version inside a red shortcrust pastry shell with hazelnut cream and custard.
