The brand new LAZIO I.G.P. presented in absolute preview at Vinitaly
After having presented, a few months ago, the sparkling wine Rymarosè Marche PGI Sangiovese Quality Sparkling Wine Brut Bio, the Ciù Ciù winery presented in Verona the rosato Lazio IGP. It is a mountain wine, whose grapes come from land that is 560 meters above sea level, in Rocca Sinibalda, a small town in the province of Rieti. From the Sangiovese, Montepulciano and Cesanese vines, this wine is born which has an intense pink color and aromas reminiscent of fresh fruit, cherries and rose petals. The red berried grapes vinified at a controlled temperature allow us to produce a wine with a delicate and harmonious taste. Elegant and fine, the Rosato Lazio PGI is perfectly suited to appetizers and fish-based first courses. The powder-colored label designed for the new wine is also very refined, referring to the ancient topography of the place where the grapes were produced and perfectly matches the burgundy-colored capsule.
