Rymarosè is the great news of 2018 at Ciù Ciù: sparkling organic quality brut wine made with the Charmat method from 100% Sangiovese grapes. With a delicate and at the same time intense taste, perfect as an aperitif or in combination with fish and white meat dishes, Rymarosè Marche I.G.P. Sangiovese completes the range of brut wines from the winery owned by the Bartolomei family. Pecorino Brut Merlettaie Brut and Passerina Brut Alta Marea are in fact the other two bubbles of the Offida cellar. Like the other two wines from the sparkling wine range, Rymarosè is an organic and vegan wine.
