Bacchus Rosso Piceno D.O.P. and Evoè Marche I.G.P. Passerina from the Ciù Ciù winery was selected for the Frecciarossa restaurant menu. For the Marche-based winery led by Walter and Massimiliano Bartolomei this is another important success: Ciù Ciù wines can in fact be tasted by thousands of people traveling throughout Italy. Evoè Marche I.G.P. Passerina comes from one hundred percent Passerina grapes, an ancient native vine of the Marche. It is an elegant and very balanced wine with a straw yellow color with delicate golden reflections. On the nose it has sweet notes and white flowers, excellent correspondence to the palate, with wide varietal perceptions and a very long aromatic finish. Bacchus Rosso Piceno D.O.P. it comes from the Montepulciano and Sangiovese vines, carefully bred on the Marche hills to obtain this ruby ​​red wine with purplish hues that change over time to orange. Harmoniously complex, vinous fruity, floral evolving to ethereal. The taste is dry, rightly tannic with a strong body. It expresses its best features between the first and second year of life. In the best years and conditions the maturation gives it more balance and softness. Two wines of the highest quality, many times awarded and featured in the paper of many important restaurants and wine bars in Italy and abroad, which can now be tasted comfortably seated on the train.
