The project “Dal virtuale al reale per un futuro virtuoso” has just came to an end. It has been a food and wine initiative fostered by Eclissi Eventi s.r.l.s. in the context of Regione Marche’s programme “Enoturismo Marche: dalla vigna alla tavola”, in collaboration with Studio Fazzini, the food blogger Michela Mandolesi and the Italian Sommelier Association.
It aimed to promote the culinary excellence of the Regione Marche in order to retrieve and rediscover the territory through a food and wine itinerary in which local wines and beers have been accompanied by some of the traditional dishes of Le Marche.
Our Ciù Ciù Oppidum has been the protagonist of the dinner at the restaurant La Ginestra in Montelparo (FM). A precious and rich menu enhanced the smooth and full bodied flavor of this red wine.
Oppidum is a Marche I.G.P. red wine, 100% Montepulciano, with a deep red colour and shades of purple, that we grow in the area between Acquaviva Picena and Offida.
