For the final toast, our sparkling wine RYMAROSÉ Marche IGP Sangiovese Brut Bio Quality was chosen. Froth of good persistence, lively pink color and beautiful brightness. Perlage sufficiently fine and persistent. Good olfactory intensity with a predominance of small ripe red fruits, secondarily to the nose it is sufficiently complex with floral and tropical fruit notes. Fresh, soft and engaging on the palate, it presents a pleasant bubble with an intense and persistent finish.
