Ciù Ciù

Ciù Ciù, a story of wine in the Marche

“Ciù Ciù, a story of wine in the Marche” is the title of the book presented in Offida (AP) Saturday, June 27 in the splendid setting of the Golden Snake Theatre and written by Natalino Bartolomei, founder of the winery Ciù Ciù, now led by sons Walter and Massimiliano.

In the book the author, telling his family stories, stands as a storyteller that evokes distant memories, old customs, old knowledge, customs and traditions that have characterized the agricultural economy of the Marche in decades. During a moving ceremony conducted by Massimiliano Ossini, Enzo Iacchetti, for many years a great friend of the family Bartolomei, he has enchanted the audience by reading some passages of the book. For the occasion the newly elected President of the Region Marche Luca Ceriscioli intervened to give his greetings too, in a crowded theater in every seat. The most moving moment for the author Natalino, which sparked the biggest applaus,  came when her grandchildren were up to the stage to give him a surprise bouquet of flowers. At the end of the event in the theater it was held an exclusive gala dinner at the Enoteca Regionale Vinea.
