Recipe “Shared pecorino cheese“
A rite that was once repeated every month in our countryside, the division of the cheese inspires this recipe based on semi-seasoned Pecorino which we combine with Oris, Falerio DOP wine – Ciù Ciù Tenimenti Bartolomei
Ingredients:
- Semi-mature pecorino cheese
Procedure:
Cut triangles of cheese 2 cm thick. Dredge in flour, dip in beaten egg with a pinch of salt and breadcrumbs mixed with crumbled breadsticks. Cook in a frying pan with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil over moderate heat. Serve hot.
