The olfactory profile is elegant and fine, with aromas of red fruits, Marasca cherry and small dark berries. Harmonious and well-balanced, on the palate it is medium-bodied, with a subtle tannin texture and soft and fruity aromas, leading to a pleasantly fresh finish and good gustatory persistence. It’s a red that’s ready to drink but which can also benefit from some ageing.
Ideally paired with pasta dishes with meat sauce and meat-based main courses.
