Inspired by ancient memories, a new simple recipe “Winter Salad” to which we combine a white wine Tebaldo Ciù Ciù Marche I.G.P. – Ciù Ciù Tenimenti Bartolomei
- Gentilina lettuce
- Romaine lettuce
- Two oranges
- 1 fennel
- 200gr black olives
- 10 fillets of anchovies in oil
- 2 slices of stale bread
- Olive oil
Peel the oranges and let them drain on a strainer. Cut the bread into cubes and saute in hot oil. Clean and finely chop the fennel. Wash and clean the salads. Drain the anchovy fillets.
Cut the oranges into wedges, mix and dress the two salad varieties, and arrange all the ingredients as desired.
Flavour with oil, salt and chopped fennel fronds.
